It is very important to review your document’s bleeds, trim marks and safe zone prior to uploading

Bleed

If you wish to have coloured backgrounds or images continue to the edge of the product they must continue 3mm past the trim marks to create a bleed margin. If they do not continue to the full bleed margin you most likely will end up with white strips along the edge of the product due to cutting tolerance. We trim to 85x55mm, however if you have bleed then please supply your file including additional 3mm bleed (91x61mm).

Trim

We trim our loyalty cards to 85x55mm. If you wish to have coloured backgrounds or images continue to the edge of the product they must continue 3mm past the trim marks to create a bleed margin. If they do not continue to the full bleed margin you most likely will end up with white strips along the edge of the product due to cutting tolerance.

Safe Zone

If you wish to have coloured backgrounds or images continue to the edge of the product they must continue 3mm past the trim marks to create a bleed margin.
