Printed Items

Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered.

In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of www.customerloyaltycards.co.uk. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Non Printed Items

Items that are faulty must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Items that are faulty and for exchange must be in their original condition “as new” with their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on personalised items. In the event of returned items, the customer is liable for the cost of returning all goods.
